Oct 1st. Invited by Arrowsmith SAR to be active participants at the formal opening of their new “home” at Qualicum Beach Airport. What a facility, what a great group of talented volunteers ! They well deserve and need to be applauded for what they have created.
CASARA/PEP Air Nanaimo chose this opportunity to showcase our nearly completed new mobile Air Support Unit. It proved to be a huge viewing draw. The communications antennas, at each of the 4 corners, are immense and will hugely contribute to the success of our future remote site Taskings. Impressive or what !
