RPAS (Drone) Update II

While unseasonal weather may have caused havoc on roads & bridges on the Mainland, the conditions have done little to deter our RPAS Pilots from undertaking training flights as part of their accreditation program despite the impact the cold has on battery life not to mention the fingers & toes of those manning the controls ! The goal is to have a fully operational team in place by the Spring of 2023.  This will require the deployment not just of pilots & drones but also support team members; team Leads, Visual Observers, Radio/Comms, Spotters & Image Analysts.
