PEP Air Nanaimo were tasked to fly in support of this Search, Tuesday March 17th,
NSAR members were tasked yesterday at approximately 9:00, to search for a hunter who had not arrived home from his trip the day before. Along with Cowichan Search & Rescue, PEP Air, and members of the Snuneymuxw First Nation, our crews began an extensive search of several areas the gentleman was likely to have travelled to. The missing hunter was located shortly after 11:30, cold but otherwise healthy after a night outdoors.
