As we head into Q1 of 2022 we face very similar issues to those we encountered in 2020 & 2021. Covid 19 and the weather ! The transmissibility of Omicron comes with its own headaches, no pun intended ! We have found workarounds in the past and will try to replicate those successes going forward.
In addition to playing catch-up on training certifications we have the added complications of a Zone Evaluation and possible SAREX with the Military – both scheduled for February. More to follow.
