While physical training sessions have been on “lock-down” for the last eight weeks training continues – virtually. Earlier this week 152 PEP Air members, from across the Province, met online to view a presentation on “The Latest Developments/Initiatives in Air SAR Response Capability”. Technically there were some minor issues but the GoTo Meeting Videoconference proved to be a valuable tool. More session are planned until normal ‘service’ can be resumed.
Protocols are in place, at National, Provincial & Local levels, to enable us to operate safely in the event of an actual Search Tasking.
