Congratulations to one of our own, John Lamb, for being honoured with EMBC’s PSLV Volunteer of the Year award for PEP Air, at a recent ceremony at the BC Legislature in Victoria.
John has made a “career” of volunteering for with CASARA Nanaimo/PEP Air over the last 33 years. During this time John has held almost every position in the local organization and is credited with being one of the leading lights in its growth and success. For the many that have worked with John none will forget his passion and commitment to Search and Rescue. Nor will they forget his continuing inclusiveness and willingness to share his experience and expertise.
John continues to be actively involved as Chief Pilot, Training Officer …. and coffee guru !! Thanks, John.
